Booking conditions

Our accommodations are sold through well-known accommodation intermediary sites - booking.com, airbnb.com, szallas.hu - search for "Riviéra Wellness Apartman" and "Villa Bori".

The accommodations are booked directly with the owners, against payment of a reservation fee (deposit). The deposit is 20% of the total accommodation fee, but at least one day's rental fee).

When booking, please provide:

• arrival and departure dates;
• number and age of guests;
• email and/or mobile phone contact.

After confirming your booking request, you have 2 working days for the deposit to arrive in our bank account, during which time we will reserve the accommodation for you. We will confirm receipt of the deposit.

The remaining part of the rental fee is to be paid in advance upon arrival in a lump sum, which includes the booking fee. In the event of early departure, we are unable to refund the amount paid.

Before booking, please inquire about the availability of our accommodation. Inquiry, booking and confirmation of booking will be made by email.

Please note that your booking also means that you accept our booking and cancellation conditions, as well as the accommodation usage rules – our house rules.

Cancellation policy

Anyone may be forced to cancel their vacation against their plans, however, please note our cancellation policy.
