House rules

In order to ensure your undisturbed and carefree rest, please observe the following:

 

  1. Our accommodations are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. We are flexible in handling other requests, but we ask that you inform us in advance about your expected arrival and departure times.
  2. Upon arrival, please present your ID card or passport - in order to record your stay in the electronic guestbook.
  3. The accommodations can only be used by the number of people stated on the reservation. Guests staying with us are not allowed to receive their own guests. It is forbidden to let strangers in without the presence of the host!
  4. Please refrain from smoking throughout the building. We ask our smoking guests to indulge their passion in the courtyard.
  5. Our accommodations are for relaxation. Making noise and partying in the building and garden is not allowed, day or night. We kindly ask you to refrain from noisy activities between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We also ask you to refrain from making noise on the street and in the building when you return home at night or in the early hours of the morning.
  6. Please do not connect external equipment (e.g. PlayStation, Xbox, DVD player, video camera, etc.) to the TV. Please notify us of such requests in advance.
  7. For your own safety, we kindly ask you to carefully close the apartment's entrance door and windows and the garden gates when leaving the building and keep the keys with you in a safe place. We also recommend that you keep the garden gates locked when staying in the building or in the garden.
  8. In the event of loss of the keys provided, Guests are obliged to report this immediately and reimburse the accommodation provider for the cost of changing the locks and the related key duplication. In the event of loss of keys, the locks of the garden gates, the main entrance, the storage room and the given apartment will always be replaced for their own safety and that of other Guests. We cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the loss of keys.
  9. We do not assume liability for any material damage or accidents resulting from the improper use of the building, its equipment, and accessories.
  10. Guests are financially responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the building and its equipment and accessories, or from violating the house rules.
  11. As in any household, it is possible that something breaks or malfunctions through no fault of the Guests. If you notice any abnormalities, please report them immediately in order to prevent possible more serious damage. We cannot accept subsequent complaints.
  12. We ask our dear Guests to leave the apartments and common areas in the same condition as they were upon arrival, because the final cleaning - which is included in the basic price - does not constitute a full cleaning. Otherwise, we will charge a separate fee (the amount is 5,000 HUF/apartment/kitchen/living room, separately).
  13. The furnishings of the apartments and common areas can only be rearranged with our prior consent. We ask our Guests not to take the building's furnishings onto the terrace, balcony or garden. We want them to feel at home! Please treat the furnishings and household items as your own, and please take care of them so that they can serve you again for your comfort next time!
  14. Upon arrival, we ask all our Guests to pay a deposit of EUR 150, which covers any damage, the cost of changing locks and key copies due to lost keys, and replacing air conditioning remote controls. The deposit will be refunded in full if no damage has occurred.
